The Blue Falcon is a heroic costumed crime fighter. He later became a member of the Scooby Doobies in the Laff-A-Lympics. He created the robotic dog Dynomutt to assist him as his "Dog Wonder", who is also a member of the Scooby Doobies. Blue Falcon was voiced by The Late Gary Owens.
